Adam James does not guarantee success or publicity of any kind. Bookings are available by request and will be handled on a first come first serve basis. Song lists and styles can be discussed prior to any performances or verbal contracts are executed. Payment for live entertainment will be expected on the day of the event, regardless of circumstances. Events cancelled on the day of will be subject to a 30% payment regardless of weather. Recording and production products will require payment prior to the distribution of said works. Adam James reserves the right to decline business for any reason.
